What RotaTree is
RotaTree is a workforce planning workspace for shift-based teams: cafés, restaurants, shops, care providers and any employer with more than one site.
Managers build the rota and approve leave. Employees see their shifts, request time off and clock in at work. Admins set up locations, people and pay rates.
It is a web app. It works on a phone, a tablet and a desktop, and there is nothing to install.

We only ship what we can show on a real screen. Every screenshot on this site is the product, with demonstration data. The few diagrams are labelled as illustrations.
Each company’s data is separated in the database itself, not just in the app.
